PMC Commercial Trust, a real estate investment trust (PMC Commercial), announced today that its Board of Trust Managers has declared a third quarter 2013 quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share payable on October 7, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2013. The dividend is our 79th consecutive quarterly dividend.
PMC Commercial primarily originates loans to small businesses primarily secured by real estate.
